Aprils 30 day experiment


The new 30 day experiment is: PILATES... I'm working on my flexibility! :-)

first workout started at 11:56pm on April 1st... just squeezed it in before midnight... but did it today by 10:30pm... so far, so good - although I'm not too flexible yet... thanks for asking whoever you are ;-)

Pilates is for babies.

You should try mixed martial arts for a month.

Yes. The Spartans were all about Pilates. Not mixed martial arts. And they all wore leotards.
